The story of Hannah is the story of a remarkable woman, who despite her situation, knew where her help came from! The Bible says she was "provoked" by Peninnah (see 1 Samuel 1:7), but instead of retaliating, she cried out to to the LORD in prayer! 

 

"Then she made a vow and said, "O LORD of hosts, if You will indeed look on the affliction of Your maidservant and remember me, and not forget Your maidservant, but will give Your maidservant a male child, then I will give him to the LORD all the days of his life, and no razor shall come upon his head."   1 Samuel 1:11 NKJV

Hannah cried out for a "male child" and we know that the LORD answered her prayer and Samuel, the great Prophet was born.

The Lord recently instructed me to raise up a "Hannah's Army!" An army of women who would cry out to the Lord for our males! Women who would pray for the vision of Men of Prayer! Women who would not rest until the Men come to know Jesus as Lord and take their rightful place in the Kingdom of God!
